Our leadership team is supported by departments that enhance our service model. Our professional career consultants, who manage each customer’s program, represent a wide range of career specialties, coming from backgrounds in the pharmaceutical, health care, scientific, manufacturing, business, operations, human resources, recruiting, education, engineering, environmental, nonprofit, and social services fields.
The team has extensive experience in relocation and career management, and many senior consultants are degreed or master-level professionals. The team also includes qualified administrators of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment and Strong Interest Inventory/Holland Self-Directed Search tool. Our consultants hold certifications in Mentor Process, The Profilor, Accelerating Change Process, Techniques and Interactive Management, Organizational Development and Change Management. Additionally, some are certified Global Mobility Specialists (GMS), Certified Relocation Professionals (CRS), Professionals in Human Resources (PHR) and members of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Worldwide ERC.
